What do they do?
The Boardroom Network are the premier model for regional business networking, providing both breadth of opportunity and depth of connection for SMEs across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
What did they need?
TBN has had to adapt its model considerably through the pandemic, and again as we have come out of that period. From 2020 this became a move from in-person networking to remote networking via Zoom. In 2022 the model has become a hybrid, with the return of live, in-person events. But the core brand messaging had not been updated to keep pace of this change to ensure that both long-term members and those new to networking, understood how to get the best value out of networking. After 2 years of change it was vital for TBN to reassert itself and show people how to get the best out of the network.
What did we do?
Sufu undertook a brand audit and produced a new brand platform to re-focus the key messaging in line with the evolution of the business. We offer a pro bono presention advice service to TBN members who present at events, as well as producing guidance documents specific to TBN event presentation.
We have then completed fresh copywriting for the TBN website to ensure the new key messages are clearly communicated and advised on how these messages are consistently presented in ongoing social media and email communications. We also regularly photograph TBN events to provide a fresh stream of image content at some of their new event venues.
